After the acquisition, he served as a special advisor to the new President of J.D. Power and to the President of the Media and Information segment at McGraw-Hill, while also assisting with new product development in the social media area.
Founded in 1998, Outsell has been expanding its services and its executive team in response to continuing changes within the information and publishing industries. Earlier this year, the firm announced that The Gilbane Group had joined Outsell, deepening Outsell's coverage of content technology.
