Subscription services provider Swets, Netherlands, has announced the launch of SwetsWise Community, a collaboration service for customers that allows them to share best practices for the usage of SwetsWise functionalities with each other.
Already populated with a wealth of helpful information on the range of SwetsWise services, including user manuals, tutorials and how-to guides, SwetsWise Community gives users more than the standard collection of help screens. With the Wiki software, SwetsWise Community provides a collaborative environment wherein users can exchange their views and knowledge of various SwetsWise services. The edit functions available in the Wiki software allow SwetsWise users to update, expand and refine the information within the help pages and supports less experienced or new SwetsWise customers to easily familiarise themselves with the extended functionality.
The SwetsWise Community seeks to help users make the most of what SwetsWise has to offer. The service is now online at community.swetswise.com. Customers can log into the system with their existing SwetsWise ID. Much is planned for the continuing expansion of SwetsWise Community, with interactive forums and more expected to be added in the coming months.
