Taylor & Francis develops multimedia resources for early childhood development research -

Taylor & Francis has introduced a set of immersive tools designed to help readers explore research on early childhood development through the Developing Little Minds book series by Dr. Jacqueline Harding.

The resources were created using Google’s Gemini Notebook and include video and audio overviews, flashcards, infographics, a glossary, and quizzes. An interactive chat feature also allows users to explore questions related to childhood development and consider evidence-based information drawn from the books.

The resources are intended primarily to support readers of the series, which includes early years students and practitioners. They may also provide access to the books’ research-based content for parents, caregivers, policymakers, and others interested in early childhood development.

Published under the Routledge imprint, the Developing Little Minds series covers topics including child development, play, laughter, language, communication, and brain development. Current titles include The Brain that Loves to Play, The Brain that Loves to Laugh, and Little Brains Love to Talk. The books are written by Harding, an international child development expert and honorary visiting research fellow at Middlesex University.
