Academic publisher Taylor & Francis and the American Nuclear Society have announced a new partnership from 2017 to publish the Society's three distinguished journals Nuclear Science and Engineering, Nuclear Technology, and Fusion Science and Technology.
The American Nuclear Society (ANS) serves the nuclear community, facilitating and maintaining a forum for sharing information and advancements in technology, and by engaging the public and policymakers through communication outreach. Nuclear Science and Technology, the ANS's flagship journal, is the first and oldest peer-reviewed journal in its field, having been established in 1956. Together with Nuclear Technology and Fusion Science and Technology, it comprises a portfolio which advances scholarly research, advocates for the practical applications of technology, and incites the peaceful use of nuclear energy.
The first issues of the ANS portfolio published by Taylor & Francis are expected to be available in early 2017 at www.tandfonline.com/unse, www.tandfonline.com/unct, and www.tandfonline.com/ufst. A society portal page from Taylor & Francis is forthcoming.
