Text analytics solutions provider TEMIS, US, has announced a significant capital increase through a new reserved round of fund-raising. Participants are both existing investors in TEMIS, and, for the first time, the company staff.
The company provides content enrichment solutions to scores of customers throughout Europe and in the US, including leading life sciences and publishing companies. Recent additions to the list include Sanofi-aventis, a global leader in the pharmaceutical industry, and AAAS, American Association for the Advancement of Science, the publisher of the renowned journal 'Science'.
TEMIS is currently extending its product range to address the growing content enrichment market opportunity for the Enterprise. According to Eric Brégand, CEO of TEMIS, this capital increase marks a key phase in the development of the company. The company will use these funds to continue its international strategy of developing and expanding markets such as the US, UK, and Canada and maintaining a robust and market-leading pace of product innovation.
