The Company of Biologists has signed an exclusive agreement with the Library Information Service (LIS KOREA) to represent South Korea. This new partnership provides us with opportunities to increase visibility and expand the subscriptions and Read & Publish initiative throughout South Korea.
Over 650 institutions in 41 countries are now participating in the Read & Publish Open Access (OA) initiative, and this is helping to drive significant growth in OA publishing in leading peer-reviewed hybrid journals (Development, Journal of Cell Science, Journal of Experimental Biology) and fully OA journals (Disease Models & Mechanisms and Biology Open).
LIS KOREA’s expertise and local knowledge will enable The Company of Biologists to reach new and existing customers more effectively to ensure that they have all the information they need to choose the best products and services for their library, and to provide them with the support they need to make the most of our journals and the publishing opportunities available via our Read & Publish initiative.
