It will highlight both research papers and reviews concerning artificial intelligence, signal processing, monitoring, CV wearables, implantable devices, disease detection and data analytics.

Dr. David D. McManus has been named as the founding editor-in-chief of CDHJ and hails from the University of Massachusetts, where he teaches. The journal is currently looking for editorial board members and will accept applications through Feb. 17. Manuscript submission will open Feb. 24.
