Founded by ISEV in 2012 as an open access publication, the Journal of Extracellular Vesicles has established itself as the leading international forum for high-quality extracellular vesicle research.
All articles will continue to be freely and permanently available online through gold open access to the Journal of Extracellular Vesicles which publishes research that includes: Cellular and molecular mechanisms of extracellular vesicles (EV) in biology and disease; informational database resources such as genomic, lipidomic, proteomic, metabolomic and high-throughput screening data sets; and EV applications for pharmacological, immunological or genetic therapies.
The partnership with ISEV adds a prominent open access biology title to Wiley’s life science journal catalogue, with the Journal of Extracellular Vesicles joining more than 150 open access titles that includes Clinical and Translational Science, FASEB Bioadvances and ImmunoMedicine. Wiley continues to sign transitional open access deals with consortia in countries such as Germany, Sweden, the UK and US underscoring the company’s commitment to a more open future in scholarly research.
