The Journal of Continuing Education to increase frequency with 2008 volume -

Healthcare information provider SLACK Incorporated, US, has announced that The Journal of Continuing Education in Nursing will increase its frequency to monthly, beginning January 2008. Formerly published bi-monthly, the Journal will continue to offer peer-reviewed articles on career competence through education and staff development.

The Journal of Continuing Education in Nursing has delivered relevant articles to nursing professionals for nearly 40 years. The new monthly publishing schedule, along with full text online articles at JCENonline.com, is expected to provide readers with expanded access to more content.

In addition to reports on new studies, the journal offers valuable and practical information that adds to the knowledge and expertise of those involved in nursing education. Topics include issues and trends in competence, leadership and programme development, and critical perspectives from educators and practitioners.
