The Publishers Association appoints Stephen Lotinga as new Chief Executive -

The Publishers Association has appointed Stephen Lotinga as its new Chief Executive.

Lotinga is a communications specialist with experience in government, business and the public sector and replaces Richard Mollet, who leaves the Association to take up a role within the Relx Group. He joins The PA from the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman but was, until May 2015, Director of Communications to the Deputy Prime Minister, Nick Clegg. Before that he spent a number of years working in public affairs within large agencies.

Stephen will take up the post on January 18, 2016.

The Publishers Association is the leading trade organisation serving book, journal, audio and electronic publishers in the UK. Membership comprises over 100 companies from across the consumer, academic and education publishing sectors.
