In January 2020, the Université de Savoie Mont Blanc joined the EDP Sciences national open access agreement in France, becoming the 69th member institution among a host of other leading organisations.
Prospective corresponding authors from the Université de Savoie Mont Blanc and the other current member institutions are thereby eligible to publish articles in open access if the intended journal is included in the agreement. If the journal is included, authors do not have to pay a publication fee (article processing charge - APC) as long as the number of articles negotiated is not exceeded.
Corresponding authors considering submitting their articles to EDP sciences are asked to check if their institution is part of the agreement. EDP Sciences celebrates 100 years of publishing excellence in 2020 and we look forward to working with our community to further science, research and education in our anniversary year.
