STM publisher Thieme Publishing Group, Germany, has announced the addition of a new open access journal to its portfolio in 2011. AJP Reports has already published online a number of cases and clinical reports from the fields of neonatology, and maternal/fetal medicine.
A companion to the American Journal of Perinatology, the new open-access journal will also offer two free print issues a year that will be distributed to all print subscribers of its sister publication. Beginning 2011, all case reports submitted to the American Journal of Perinatology will be directed to AJP Reports.
With an expanded and geographically diverse editorial board, this new publication hopes to present new clinical approaches to the pathology and treatment of a range of diseases and disorders encountered in maternal/fetal medicine and neonatology. The journal also aims to promote a greater exchange of information between the various specialties and sub-specialties related to perinatology.
All case reports are available to read and download for free from the Thieme eJournals platform.
