Medical and scientific publisher Thieme Publishers has announced that one of its clinical textbooks, Color Atlas of Brainstem Surgery by Robert F. Spetzler and distinguished coauthors, has received First Prize in the Surgery Specialties category at the 2018 British Medical Association (BMA) Medical Book Awards. The annual award recognises significant work and contributions to medical literature.
