Information services provider Thomson Reuters, US, has announced that its Clinical Xpert Navigator has been named the category leader for mobile data systems in the latest ‘Top 20 Best in KLAS Awards: Software & Professional Services’ report. This is the eighth consecutive year that the Navigator solution (formerly MercuryMD MData) has been ranked number one.
Clinical Xpert Navigator received higher scores in virtually every major category evaluated by KLAS, a research firm that monitors and reports on the performance of healthcare technology vendors. Navigator outpaced other mobile solutions by receiving a product quality rating of 8.28 on a nine-point scale — placing it in the top 5 percent of all software solutions cited in the report. It also received a score of 97 percent in a key category: customers indicating they would buy the solution again.
Clinical Xpert Navigator provides clinicians with real-time access to patient data via mobile devices such as Palm, Windows Mobile and BlackBerry smartphones, as well as through web-based platforms such as desktop, laptop and tablet PCs. It consolidates data from multiple hospital information systems and delivers it to clinicians at the point of care.
