Thomson Reuters has announced the latest version of Thomson Reuters ProView, the professional eReader platform. The newest version provides eBook users with ways to organise their titles and search to find the professional research content they need.
Thomson Reuters ProView is the first eReader platform specifically built for professional use, with advanced features such as full-text search, secured notes and highlights, and content updating. ProView leverages Thomson Reuters best-in-class content from across its global markets, providing a single, unique platform for professional eBooks. ProView eBooks are published in five languages across four continents. ProView is available for iPad® and Android™ tablets, Surface™ tablets and for Windows® and Mac® computers.
Thomson Reuters ProView now offers more ways to navigate, access, and share ProView eBook content. With version 2.4, ProView offers features such as improved search of eBook titles - simplified search term input, improved display of results, and ability to save title queries; Notifications - notifications display whenever a new or updated title is added to the user's library; Author & Title filtering in the ProView Library - users can filter on the main ProView Library page by either title or author; Organizing Titles by Category - titles can be organised by publisher-defined or user-defined categories. Users can create and filter by categories such as topics, most-used eBooks or favourites. Availability of features may vary depending on specific titles, Thomson Reuters publishing brands, and user platforms.
