Canadian Science Publishing has announced the renewal of a Read and Publish agreement with the University of Oslo, including Oslo University Hospital, for a new three-year term running from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2028.
The agreement provides affiliated authors with unlimited reading access and open access publishing at no cost in a portfolio of 19 hybrid journals and three gold open access journals published by Canadian Science Publishing. The renewal ensures continued institutional access to journal content while enabling researchers to publish open access articles without Article Processing Charges(APCs).
Titles covered under the agreement include Applied Physiology, Nutrition, and Metabolism; Arctic Science; Biochemistry and Cell Biology; Canadian Journal of Animal Science; Canadian Geotechnical Journal; Canadian Journal of Chemistry; Canadian Journal of Civil Engineering; Canadian Journal of Earth Sciences; Canadian Journal of Forest Research; Canadian Journal of Microbiology; Canadian Journal of Physics; Canadian Journal of Physiology and Pharmacology; Canadian Journal of Plant Science; Canadian Journal of Soil Science; Canadian Journal of Zoology; Drone Systems and Applications; and FACETS.
The renewed agreement supports broader access to high-quality research while enabling University of Oslo researchers to make scholarly publications openly available to a global audience.
