University of Waikato has launched WaikatoUni mobile app based on the Ex Libris campusM™ platform.
The solution and its features are aligned with two key university strategic goals: providing a unique student experience and investing in the success of future students. Using the app, students now benefit from a highly personalised experience and can access all of the University’s systems and services through a single access point. Using the campusM solution, the University provides information tailored to the needs of prospective students, which is communicated to them when and where they need it.
Previously challenged by inconsistent access to multiple systems through a variety of user interfaces, the University now benefits from campusM’s simplified user experience that enables the University to communicate, interact, and collaborate easily with both current and prospective students, providing information and services appropriate for each cohort. Through the campusM platform, WaikatoUni supports all aspects of student achievement and personal growth, extending beyond academic to include social, cultural, financial, and health services.
