Wiley-Blackwell and Institute of Psychoanalysis sign publishing agreement -

Wiley-Blackwell, the STM and scholarly publishing business of John Wiley & Sons, Inc., US, has announced that it has been selected by the Institute of Psychoanalysis to publish their flagship journal, The International Journal of Psychoanalysis (IJPA). The journal publishes six issues in a year.

Now in its 88th volume, the International Journal of Psychoanalysis claims to be the only psychoanalytic journal to regularly publish extensive papers by authors from around the world. The journal publishes articles on the history of psychoanalysis, psychoanalytic theory and methodology, psychoanalytic psychotherapy, education and professional issues, clinical technique, psychoanalytic research, and interdisciplinary studies.

In addition, the journal also publishes the main papers and panel reports from the International Psychoanalytical Association's Congresses, book reviews, obituaries, and correspondence. The journal's new web site is www.blackwellpublishing.com/ijpa.
