Wolters Kluwer, a global provider of information and point of care solutions for the healthcare industry, has announced a new publishing partnership with the open access journal, Healthy Aging Research.
Healthy Aging Research launched in December 2012. It is currently indexed in Thomson Reuters' Emerging Sources Citation Index and by Google Scholar.
The journal focuses on elucidating both normal and pathogenic mechanisms associated with aging, clinical trials of novel drugs and anti-aging agents, and imaging of organs, structures and tumors. It also focuses on treating and preventing age-associated diseases such as stroke, myocardial infarction, cancer, arthritis, cataracts, osteoporosis, type 2 diabetes, hypertension and Alzheimer's disease, to ultimately reduce morbidity and mortality.
