Wolters Kluwer pediatric nursing textbook recognised as subject category winner in 2021 PROSE Awards -

Clinical technology and evidence-based solutions provider Wolters Kluwer Health has announced that Pediatric Nursing: A Case-Based Approach, 1st Edition, is a Subject Category Winner in the 2021 PROSE Awards. Authored by Catherine Gannon Tagher and Lisa Marie Knapp, the book won for the subject Nursing and Allied Health in the Biological and Life Sciences category.

Published by Wolters Kluwer, Pediatric Nursing: A Case-Based Approach, 1st Edition, immerses students in pediatric narratives inspired by real clinical scenarios and uses the power of storytelling to deliver an engaging, comprehensive understanding of pediatric care and instill the clinical judgment and patient interaction capabilities essential for success in today’s pediatric settings.

The PROSE Awards are presented by the Association of American Publishers’ Professional and Scholarly Publishing (PSP) Division and recognise the best in professional and scholarly publishing. The 45 subject category winners were selected out of a total of 130 finalists from an overall pool of 595 entries by a panel of 23 judges that include editors, academics, publishers, and research librarians.
