The Read & Publish Open Access (OA) initiative by The Company of Biologists has been gaining momentum globally, with over 650 institutions across 41 countries already participating. This initiative has played a pivotal role in driving substantial growth in OA publishing within their renowned peer-reviewed hybrid journals such as Development, Journal of Cell Science, Journal of Experimental Biology, and their fully OA journals, Disease Models & Mechanisms, and Biology Open.
