The taxonomy creators have proposed 24 digital transformation KPIs that encompass four categories. These categories represent the main areas where digital transformation can create value. The creators recommend that enterprises adopt measures across and within categories to help them consider the broader implications. They believe that the KPI taxonomy will help enterprises effectively measure progress, which will have a strong and positive effect on digital transformation initiatives.
