During the webinar, Koelliker pointed out the two challenges that hampered knowledge management efforts. In addition, she described how to overcome it by adding context with real-time speech analytics. Pappas agreed with Koelliker and pointed out the game changers involving digital technologies such as chatbots, voice, videos, personal assistants and many others. Menter observed that success in the digital age requires interventions such as moving logic closer to the business, reducing the reliance on hard-to-find resources, mitigating the concentration of knowledge risk and many more.
