Validate the Knowledge Management Taxonomy for UHC2030 -

UHC2030 is a global movement to strengthen health systems for universal health coverage. The organization provides a multi-stakeholder platform that promotes collaborative working at global and country levels on health systems strengthening (HSS). Over the past year, the UHC2030 has worked to develop a knowledge management (KM) taxonomy through an iterative process.

The first draft was informed by knowledge management landscape analysis. In addition, the draft was based on the review of relevant literature related to organizing knowledge, navigating content areas pertaining to universal health coverage (UHC) and HSS. Furthermore, previous efforts to develop taxonomies at the organizational, thematic, and/or sector levels were taken into account. Inputs from the UHC2030 Steering Committee members and representatives from related initiatives were instrumental for refining the preliminary versions.

UHC2030 is now inviting comments and suggestions from a broader set of stakeholders and interested members of the public to review and refine the designated categories, subtopics, and associated terms. The deadline for this broader consultation exercise is December 14, 2018.
