The Effects of Computers on Traditional Writing -

Computers are currently viewed as electronic extensions of existing literacy models, and e-writing is usually compared to print, says author Sharmila Pixy Ferris, associate professor and graduate program director in the department of communication at William Paterson University. This article looks at how e-writing differs from traditional writing, and emphasises on the need to study the growth of electronic writing in order to comprehend the changes in traditional writing.
