Content provider Really Strategies, Inc., US, and editorial and XML production software provider Inera, Inc., US, have announced a technology partnership that benefits publishers working with XML. RSuite, a browser-based content management system (CMS) from Really Strategies and eXtyles, an integrated suite of editorial and XML tools for Microsoft Word, together offer content management along with MS Word-based content editing and XML creation.
RSuite claims to be the industry's only award-winning CMS built on top of a native XML repository. In addition to managing XML, RSuite also manages non-XML content, including PDF, InDesign, jpg, Word, and audio files. Besides the core CMS features and functionality, RSuite also offers many unique features, including drag-and-drop workflow administration tools, automated action handlers, customisable user interface, and metadata management at the element level.
eXtyles is a suite of tools for Microsoft Word that automates error-prone and time-consuming editorial tasks.
