Techstreet, part of the IP Solutions business of Thomson Reuters, has announced an agreement with the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) to offer enterprise access to fire and electrical safety codes in PDF format through its web-based enterprise portal, Techstreet Subscriptions.
Techstreet has had access to the NFPA codes in print format since 2003. The new agreement extends the offering to electronic documents and enterprise-wide subscriptions. Enterprise-access subscribers can add other related content to create a comprehensive, online standards library tailored to their industry needs.
Techstreet uses advanced web technologies to speed delivery of mission-critical codes and standards to engineers and technical professionals worldwide. Users can freely search an online database of 500,000 codes, standards and technical books aggregated from over 200 of the world’s leading authorities. Standards are available for individual purchase in print or PDF format, or an enterprise license through Techstreet Subscriptions.
