Wiley-VCH, part of the scientific and technical publishing business of John Wiley & Sons, Inc., and the Chemical Society Located in Taipei have signed an agreement to closely cooperate and jointly publish the Journal of the Chinese Chemical Society. The journal will be available online from volume 2011 in Wiley Online Library. Wiley Online Library claims to be one of the world's most extensive multidisciplinary collections of online resources, used by 10 million people a month.
The Journal of the Chinese Chemical Society was founded by the Chemical Society Located in Taipei in 1954. The journal is the oldest general chemistry journal in Taiwan and has been published in English since its inception. The journal publishes strictly peer-reviewed primary and secondary research results in the form of review articles, full papers, notes and communications.
The Journal of the Chinese Chemical Society has been covered by Science Citation Index since 1990 and is included in all major abstracting & indexing services. Effective from Volume 58 (2011) all issues will be published online in Wiley Online Library. Archive volumes (1954-2010) are currently available through the website of the Chemical Society Located in Taipei.
