Publisher John Wiley & Sons, Inc., US, has announced a new partnership with Scrivener Publishing, a provider of book and chapter length material for industry practitioners and academic researchers in the technical applied sciences.
Under the deal, Wiley and Scrivener will co-develop a line of books in the technical and applied sciences that are core to the strategy of STMS physical sciences. These books will cover a range of topics including energy, polymers, chemical processing and others. Content will be made available both in print and electronic formats.
This strategic partnership enables Scrivener Publishing to concentrate on list building while offering its authors the same global advantages as large companies. Launched in early 2009, the purpose of Scrivener Publishing is to publish book and chapter length material in the technical applied sciences for both the practitioner in industry (engineer and technician) and the researcher in academia.
