NetLearning expands suite of online courses from the AHA -

NetLearning, a US-based provider of online courses and e-learning software for healthcare workers and hospital administrators, has announced the expansion of its suite of online courses from the American Heart Association (AHA). The available courses will benefit professionals seeking to update their expertise along with individuals looking to simply fine-tune their emergency preparedness skills.

The courses from AHA are offered online through NetLearning's learning management system. Many online courses from AHA use a blended learning approach. Students learn cognitive skills through Web-based, self-paced modules featuring interactive question/answer and video segments to reinforce learning. Students then practice and test the skills they have learned in person with an American Heart Association Instructor.

NetLearning, part of Cengage Learning, is an e-learning solutions provider developing products specifically for the healthcare industry since 1995. The NetLearning product suite allows for the deployment, management, and reporting of training-related activities.
