Engineers and technical experts association SAE International has announced the completion of an asset purchase of the TechAmerica Standards Program and IBIS Consortia.
TechAmerica is the leading voice for the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) industry in the US. Its membership comprises large, medium and small technology companies that create a variety of products and deliver a multitude of services in the private sector and to governments at the state and national level.
Through the acquisition, TechAmerica's members will benefit from SAE International's core competency of technical standards and publications development.
