Towards Maturity, the leading benchmarking and research practice that provides a comprehensive review of Learning and Development (L&D) performance in the workplace, has entered into a new research and publication alliance with Emerald Global Publishing Group Ltd. This alliance builds on the common goals shared by the organisations to provide credible evidence based research that impacts on the performance of organisations.
The alliance will allow the Towards Maturity Benchmark Research to be shared widely on Emerald's digital content platform. Emerald will also actively support the launch of the 2016 Towards Maturity Benchmark due for release in November this year.
GoodPractice (who joined the Emerald Group in 2015) share a commitment to helping L&D leaders make evidence based decisions. As a Towards Maturity Ambassador they are going to work with the TM team to use the benchmark evidence and their own research to help their customers modernise learning strategies and improve results.
