Academic publisher SAGE and TASH, an international leader in disability advocacy, have announced that SAGE will begin publishing the journal Research and Practice for Persons with Severe Disabilities (RPSD), beginning June 2014.
Published quarterly, RPSD is an internationally acclaimed journal that publishes research on the full array of issues related to individuals with disabilities including: augmentative and alternative communication, inclusion, supported living, supported employment, early childhood issues, self-advocacy, positive behavioural supports, disability rights and issues of concern to families.
RPSD includes both scientific and value-oriented approaches to disability research. With contributions from leading scholars in the field, its progressive research promotes dialogue on meaningful, often controversial real-world issues.
