(CCC) has partnered with Ringgold, the authority on institutional identification, to integrate the Ringgold Identify database into CCC's RightsLink for Open Access platform to host and execute institution-specific pricing rules.

RightsLink for Open Access streamlines the entire author fee transaction, ensuring that critical research is published as quickly as possible. The author workflow is driven by publisher-supplied metadata and a sophisticated rules engine that houses publishers' pricing and discount rules.
Ringgold's Identify database facilitates the management of complex institutional relationships by providing an authority file of more than 390,000 organisations in the scholarly supply chain. Each Identify record contains a unique Ringgold Number, robust metadata, and hierarchical links to related institutions.
