Germany's leading nursing congress, the German Nursing Day, has announced a new media partnership with Georg Thieme Verlag. Together with Schlüterschen Verlagsgesellschaft as executive organiser, Thieme will help give the nursing profession a platform and to support the nurturing of media and learning opportunities in order to further professionalise and move into the public discourse. As an official media partner of the German Nursing Day, Thieme assumes a responsible role.
With a wide range of books and magazines, as well as services in the field of medicine and nursing, Thieme makes a decisive contribution to professionally nurturing and training nurses and conveying relevant knowledge.
Scheduled for March 15-17, 2018, Germany's leading nursing congress will take place for the fifth time in the STATION Berlin and sets itself the goal: To strengthen the care. This year, more than 10,000 visitors from the industry are expected at the German Nursing Day, who will exchange and further develop together on topics such as "Teamwork - care interdisciplinary!". The versatile program also addresses current trends such as IT in the care or sexual orientation of those in need of care and takes into account the ongoing issues such as recruiting and teambuilding.
In addition to specialist lectures, workshops and podium discussions, this year's focus will be on networking and exchanging participants among each other. In the varied continuing education offers as well as at the evening event and the exhibition, the focus will be on the intensive exchange of experience.
