Academic publisher Taylor & Francis Group has announced a new partnership with AI technology providers UNSILO to help enrich customers' online experiences. From February, online users of taylorfrancis.com are being shown recommendations of additional, highly relevant content based on what they are already reading. This will enable users to discover new research more easily.
This new functionality is made possible with sophisticated semantic technology using Natural Language Processing which can analyse vast amounts of text to recognize the sentiment and topic and extract the most important concepts.
This newly-formed partnership is part of a long-term commitment by Taylor & Francis to improve the discoverability of content highly relevant to users, allowing for enhanced learning and knowledge-sharing by customers.
