BMJ Best Practice partners with NHS -

Medical knowledge provider BMJ has announced a partnership with the NHS in the North of England to provide BMJ Best Practice to NHS staff to support patient care across the region. BMJ Best Practice is an online decision support tool that gives healthcare professionals fast and easy access to the latest information when making diagnosis and treatment decisions.

Updated daily, it draws on the latest evidence-based research, guidelines and expert opinion to offer step-by-step guidance on diagnosis, prognosis, treatment and prevention. Links to the British National Formulary (BNF) and the British National Formulary for Children (BNFC) are also provided to support treatment decisions.

The new access for the NHS in the North of England includes staff working in clinical commissioning groups (CCGs), Acute, Mental Health, and Community Trusts across Yorkshire and The Humber, the North-West and the North-East of England.

BMJ Best Practice is available to staff immediately, and accessible online from the workplace or remotely via an award-winning app, providing crucial offline access for community-based professionals.
