Technology company Digital Science and Wiley, a global research and learning company, have announced an agreement that will provide Dimensions Analytics to hundreds of users across the organisation.
Dimensions delivers powerful metrics and analytical tools that enable publishers to monitor the research landscape, shape publication strategy, and gain actionable business intelligence insights. Wiley also utilises a custom data implementation from Dimensions to integrate data directly into their data warehouse, which will provide access to the underlying data as well as a business logic layer as well.
The Dimensions platform brings together more than 100 million publications, $1.5 trillion of awarded research grants, 460,000 clinical trials, 38 million patents, 420,000 policy documents, and their associated metrics.
