The American Medical Informatics Association (AMIA) has announced InterSystems as an AMIA Platinum Corporate Partner for the 2023 calendar year. This level of partnership means InterSystems is supporting the association, its mission, and its members with a significant investment.
InterSystems has been a strong supporter of AMIA for many years, and the company’s representatives have been actively engaged in the association’s activities. The InterSystems team has provided valuable and thought-provoking educational sessions and roundtable discussions at AMIA’s conferences and has participated on the Membership Committee, the Education Committee, and several Scientific Program Committees. Notably, InterSystems Senior Clinical Advisor in Interoperability, Russ Leftwich, has been an AMIA member since 1997 and an active participant on AMIA’s Informatics Partnership Council (IPC). In 2022, Leftwich served as the IPC’s Acting Chair.
AMIA’s 2023 Corporate Partnership & Membership Program recognizes industry organizations that invest in AMIA at three Corporate Partnership levels — Platinum, Gold, and Silver — and at a single Corporate Membership level.
