EIFL has renewed an agreement with Taylor & Francis, for a year until 31 December 2024. The agreement includes discounted access to journals and waived and discounted article processing charges (APCs). The agreement includes discounted access to 1,982 journals.
Libraries in 20 EIFL countries including Armenia, Azerbaijan, Congo, Côte d'Ivoire, Georgia, Kosovo, Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Latvia, Lesotho, North Macedonia, Malawi, Moldova, Myanmar, Palestine, Senegal, Sudan, Uganda, Ukraine and Zambia qualify for discounted access to the Taylor & Francis Science & Technology, and Social Science & Humanities Journals Collections.
Corresponding authors from 13 EIFL partner countries, comprising Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Lesotho, Malawi, Myanmar, Namibia, Nepal, Senegal, Tanzania, Uganda, Uzbekistan, Zambia, and Zimbabwe, can continue to publish accepted articles in Taylor & Francis’ fully open access for free. This means that they will not be charged any APCs.
Corresponding authors from 20 EIFL partner countries can publish accepted articles in Taylor & Francis’ fully open access journals at discounted rates. These countries include Armenia, Azerbaijan, Botswana, Congo, Côte d'Ivoire, Estonia, Ethiopia, Fiji, Georgia, Ghana, Kenya, Kosovo, Latvia, Lithuania, Maldives, Moldova, North Macedonia, Palestine, Serbia and Thailand.
