APA and American Academy of Pediatric Neuropsychology announce publishing partnership -

The American Psychological Association (APA) and the American Academy of Pediatric Neuropsychology (AAPdN) are excited to announce a new publishing partnership. Starting in 2025, the Journal of Pediatric Neuropsychology (JPNP), the official journal of AAPdN, will be published by APA’s esteemed publishing arm and included in the APA PsycArticles database.

APA publishes 89 peer-reviewed journals that cover a wide array of psychological disciplines, many in collaboration with APA’s specialty divisions and various national and international societies. This extensive collection reaches millions of readers globally, advancing the field of psychology and providing critical insights into human behavior and mental health.

The Journal of Pediatric Neuropsychology publishes original peer-reviewed research focused on addressing the needs of children and adolescents with neurodevelopmental or neurocognitive disorders. The journal's practical applications extend to clinical, school, and forensic settings, providing essential insights for professionals working with pediatric populations.

The addition of JPNP to the APA PsycArticles database aligns with APA’s mission to disseminate high-quality psychological research and promote scientific knowledge. This collaboration is set to significantly enhance the accessibility and dissemination of important research in pediatric neuropsychology.
