Canadian Science Publishing (CSP) has announced a new collaboration between FACETS, its multidisciplinary, peer-reviewed open access journal, and Women & Inclusivity in Sustainable Energy Research (WISER), a global network of women and non-binary scholars working in clean, low-carbon, and sustainable energy research.
The partnership aims to promote inclusive research practices and increase the visibility of underrepresented voices in the energy sciences. It also reflects a broader commitment to supporting interdisciplinary work that bridges the natural and social sciences, including science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) fields.
Under this collaboration, FACETS and WISER will highlight research contributions in sustainable energy, facilitate the mobilization of knowledge, and support new opportunities for global dissemination of work conducted by women and non-binary researchers.
Future initiatives will be co-developed to advance inclusion, enhance scholarly visibility, and foster innovation across the energy research landscape. This partnership aligns with shared goals to support the advancement of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals through equitable and interdisciplinary academic engagement.
