ResearchGate has announced a new Journal Home partnership with Amsterdam University Press (AUP) and Central European University Press (CEU Press) to enhance the visibility and reach of open access journals in the humanities and social sciences.
Under the agreement, 24 fully open access journals published by AUP and CEU Press will be hosted on ResearchGate’s Journal Home platform, giving over 25 million researchers direct access to version-of-record articles. The initiative aims to increase discoverability, author engagement, and content usage across the ResearchGate network.
Participating journals will benefit from enhanced visibility through dedicated Journal Profiles featuring key information and articles. Authors will gain automatic uploads of their articles to ResearchGate profiles, as well as unique metrics and tools for audience engagement.
The collaboration builds on AUP and CEU Press’s commitment to open publishing and sustainable access models. ResearchGate’s platform will connect readers and authors globally, strengthening engagement throughout the research lifecycle and supporting the growth of open access scholarly publishing.
