ResearchGate, the professional network for researchers, and Global Science Press (GSP), a publisher specializing in mathematics, chemistry, physics, and computational sciences, have announced a Journal Home partnership covering 10 of GSP’s hybrid and subscription journals. The collaboration is intended to expand international visibility, readership, and authorship for selected titles in mathematics and computational sciences.
Through Journal Home, participating journals will benefit from increased article usage and readership by being surfaced to ResearchGate’s community of more than 25 million members. Subscription content will be accessible to entitled users, while open access articles in hybrid journals will be available to all. The partnership also aims to strengthen author engagement by automatically uploading articles to author profiles and providing clearer insights into readership and sharing. Dedicated Journal Profiles will further enhance discoverability and reinforce the GSP brand.
Marco Leung of Global Science Press noted that mathematics and computational sciences are global disciplines, with researchers often working in institutions and regions not fully served by traditional discovery channels. He explained that the partnership would allow GSP journals to connect directly with relevant researchers, broaden the author base, and build sustained visibility to support long‑term growth.
Robyn Mugridge, Head of Partnership Development at ResearchGate, stated that welcoming GSP to Journal Home supports stronger readership and author engagement while contributing to the growth of specialized research communities.
The agreement marks a step in GSP’s strategy to strengthen the global profile of its journals and deepen engagement with research communities across mathematics and computational sciences.
