Nature Conference on AI and Healthcare to be held under French Presidential Patronage -

The upcoming Nature Conference, Redefining Healthcare in the Age of AI, organized by Springer Nature in collaboration with the Paris Institute for Transplantation & Organ Regeneration (PITOR), will take place in Paris from September 8–10, 2026. The event will be held under the High Patronage of Emmanuel Macron, President of the French Republic.

This distinction, granted by the Élysée Palace, is reserved for initiatives of national or international significance. It underscores the importance of advancing scientific innovation, strengthening healthcare, and fostering global collaboration to address complex challenges.

Springer Nature stated that supporting researchers involves not only publishing trusted work but also creating platforms that bring together international expertise, encourage cross‑disciplinary dialogue, and help translate scientific insights into practical solutions. The organization noted that the High Patronage reflects recognition of these efforts and the broader goal of turning research into real‑world impact.

The conference will convene international experts, including Nobel laureates Philippe Aghion and Alvin Roth, alongside leaders from Inserm, Université Paris Cité, APHP, INSERM, Google DeepMind, Stanford University, the University of Cambridge, and ETH Zurich. Discussions will focus on the role of artificial intelligence in transforming healthcare.

The event also marks the 20th anniversary of Nature Conferences.
