ResearchGate and Maximum Academic Press expand partnership with Journal Home and Community engagement upgrade -

ResearchGate and Maximum Academic Press (MAP) have implemented the Community Engagement Upgrade across all MAP journals on Journal Home, introducing new editorial tools designed to increase research visibility, support scholarly engagement, and strengthen connections between journals, authors, and research communities.

The Community Engagement Upgrade provides MAP journals with access to features such as Editor Picks, enabling editorial teams to highlight selected articles to relevant researchers and improve content discoverability. The initiative is intended to support broader readership, enhance author recognition, and help journals engage with potential contributors across their respective disciplines.

Under the upgrade, MAP journals can:

• Increase article visibility by featuring selected papers through Editor Picks.

• Enhance the author experience by providing additional opportunities for research recognition.

• Strengthen engagement with existing and prospective authors within relevant research communities.

Robyn Mugridge, Head of Partnership Development at ResearchGate, stated that Journal Home helps publishers connect research with relevant audiences across the ResearchGate platform. She added that the Community Engagement Upgrade enables editorial teams to highlight important papers, supporting research discovery and fostering engagement with potential authors across MAP's disciplines.
