The transaction is anticipated to conclude by early 2024, pending regulatory approvals and the fulfillment of customary closing conditions, including clearance under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act. This acquisition marks a significant step forward in the evolution of both organizations, creating a powerhouse in online education.
