ACCUCOMS, a provider of sales and marketing services to academic and professional publishers, has announced its new representation agreement with the Society of Exploration Geophysicists (SEG) in Mexico, the Caribbean, and Central and South America including Brazil.

The Society of Exploration Geophysicists (SEG) is the global society of applied geophysicists operating as a not-for-profit organisation and supporting more than 20,000 members from 128 countries. SEG's mission is to advance applied geophysics, in part by fostering knowledge exchange in the field. With the new agreement, ACCUCOMS is responsible for increasing SEG Digital Library site-license sales in the academic, government, and corporate sectors in Mexico, the Caribbean, and Central and South America including Brazil and providing local support and information to all subscription agents and customers in the regions. Site-license subscriptions are available for the journals Geophysics, Interpretation, The Leading Edge, Exploration Geophysics, and the Journal of Environmental and Engineering Geophysics; SEG eBooks; and several collections of expanded abstracts and other papers presented at meetings.

In Latin America, ACCUCOMS Commercial Manager for Mexico and the Caribbean Juan José Gamboa, will oversee contacts for SEG.
