ASHA migrates its news and scholarly publications to Atypon’s Literatum platform -

The American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) has selected Atypon's Literatum as its new online publishing platform. In addition to its four journals, ASHA will migrate their award-winning news magazine for clinicians and researchers and will relaunch their special interest group newsletters as a scholarly review journal.

The new site will be designed by the Atypon Design Studio and built using UX 3.0, Atypon's accelerated website design-and-build system. Powered by Literatum, the site will enable users to search within and across the entire ASHA corpus, and allow ASHA to cross-promote and cross-sell all of their publications on a single platform, with a single, convenient interface. Atypon's software development philosophy prioritises ease of use, and its consumerised websites are designed to boost reader engagement.

ASHA's publishing program includes four journals—The American Journal of Audiology, The American Journal of Speech-Language Pathology, The Journal of Speech, Language, and Hearing Research, and Language, Speech and Hearing Services in Schools-as well as Perspectives of the ASHA Special Interest Groups, their newsletter and soon-to-be scholarly review journal spanning 19 focus areas of the discipline; and The ASHA Leader, their news magazine.
