BioOne, adopts Dimensions to monitor data and trends in OA -

Digital Science and BioOne have announced an agreement that will provide Dimensions Analytics to BioOne staff members. BioOne is a community-driven, nonprofit publisher with more than 200 subscribed and open-access titles in the biological, ecological, and environmental sciences.

Dimensions will enable BioOne to delve into a breadth of data and metrics to perform invaluable analyses and translate them into actionable business intelligence. BioOne will utilise the powerful analytical features to monitor trends in the Open Access landscape and to help shape their sales and business development strategies.

The Dimensions platform brings together over 100 million publications, $1.5 trillion of awarded research grants, 450,000 clinical trials, 38 million patents, 400,000 policy documents, and their associated metrics. With its rich data landscape, Dimensions provides publishers with the insights they need to shape, track, and deliver on their core strategic goals.
